Hough Band Classes '23-'24

Music Binder/Folder: A black 1" binder is a great place to start. Sturdy folder with pockets is also acceptable.
Your music!
Pencil: Always have a pencil in class.
Instrument & Accessories: Drum sticks, Mouthpiece, Reeds, etc.
A positive attitude!

Binder: 1-1.5 inch binder with dividers.
Pencil and eraser! We do note take notes or write music in pen. Mistakes will happen.
Manuscript/Staff Paper: During class we use staff paper to take notes, write examples, and it is needed to assessments.
Internet Access: We actively use AP Classroom for assignments and assessments.
Barron's AP Music Theory Test Prep Book: It is HIGHLY recommend that all students purchase their own copy of this book. This is a supplemental book that will increase understanding of all concepts covered.
